Yes, I think that TakingITGlobal has given me an opportunity to network with various youth globally, and to gain a better understanding of what is happening internationally. As well I believe that TIG can do even more in terms of creating an inclusive environment for young people to network, gather ideas, and reflect upon their personal challenges, especially with regards to youth in Africa. What matters to me most is awareness. I find that most people do not take responsibility for the things that happen to them because some people, for no apparent reason, don’t make the connection between their actions and the consequences for those actions. Yet I believe that if you show people (by example) to take responsibility for their actions, they will in turn learn how to make every action count towards achieving their goals. J’ai toujours voulu servir et faire entendre ma voix. Les mouvements associatifs sont des véritables moyens d’expression des jeunes. J’ai été inspiré tout d’abord dès le bas age par des activités volontaires, par la suite en terme d’expression et de rencontre et d’échange.
